Life Saving Genome Analysis Pipeline

We built a large-scale genomics analysis platform for Genie LLC that clustered genomic sequences and mapped genetic variation to observable traits across massive datasets. The system gave researchers a faster way to surface rare disease markers, inheritance patterns, and genotype-to-phenotype relationships that are hard to uncover with conventional tooling. Designed for interpretability as well as scale, it helped turn terabytes of biological data into findings that could genuinely guide life-saving research, with the feel of a serious genomics data pipeline and machine learning for genomics system. We've built genomics and bioinformatics systems that can turn massive biological datasets into usable scientific insight, helping research teams move from raw sequence data to clearer answers faster.
