Agentic Engineering Workshops

We are old school with new tools. That means, we have experience, but we aren’t afraid to try the shiny new models the day they are released to our team, which is sometimes before public access. Back in the day, when coding was done by hand and the world was still mostly black and white, and engines made engine noises instead of vaguely alien hovering noises, people would speak of the legend of the 10x engineer. Today, the reality of the situation is, efficiency is highly variable and completely related to the tools you utilize. It’s no longer just about a solid IDE, and certain keyboard shortcuts, or just time over the keyboard. This is deeper. This is natural language, accessible to anyone, and pretty much sets you into another class if you’re able to use it correctly. It turns people with ideas into founders overnight. We run these workshops to show both technical and non-technical teams how modern agent tooling actually works: codebase-aware assistants, reusable rules, shared skills, persistent instructions, tool permissions, review loops, subagents, and workflows that can read files, edit code, run commands, and use connected systems without turning the whole organization into a pile of prompt superstition. The point is not to make people sound current. The point is to help them build useful things faster, specify work more clearly, and participate in implementation with much better judgment. The current generation of coding agents matters because it expands who can contribute meaningfully to software work. When a system can read a codebase, work across files, run commands, use connected tools, and coordinate subagents on larger tasks, the leverage is no longer reserved for a tiny priesthood of IDE power users. That changes what engineers can ship, what product and operations people can contribute, and how quickly a team can move from idea to prototype to maintained system. In our post-workshop measurements, we have seen efficiency increases of about 8.2x. I guess the legends of the 10x engineer were true. They were just before their time.
