Decentralized Local Commerce
We built a blockchain-enabled local-commerce platform designed to connect neighborhood vendors with consumers through search, incentives, and marketplace mechanics. The work combined backend systems, product architecture, and Web3-driven coordination around a local-first commerce network that needed more than a storefront. The result was a discovery and transaction layer for local businesses with stronger search, stronger incentives, and a more ambitious model for digital neighborhood commerce.
We designed it as a neighborhood discovery engine with marketplace logic baked in from day one. It pulls from the same instincts behind protocol work and distributed systems, but points them at something more grounded: helping local businesses be found, chosen, and revisited.
