We showed the Army how to make smart decisions in real time.

We built an autonomous vehicle system that made mission-aware decisions in real time using fuel levels, battery state, temperature, and operating constraints. Instead of following static presets, the vehicle continuously adapted to changing conditions while a live dashboard showed operators exactly what the system was doing and why. Challenge

The U.S. Army needed autonomous vehicles capable of real-time optimization around changing energy availability, whether gasoline or hybrid. The system had to evaluate mission constraints continuously while balancing fuel efficiency, system performance, and operational constraints in the field.

Solution

Dreamers developed an advanced autonomous vehicle system with full-duplex communication into the vehicle control stack. The platform integrated real-time temperature monitoring, fuel-consumption estimates for range calculations, battery management for hybrid vehicles, AI-driven mission optimization, and an interactive dashboard that mapped position and surfaced live telemetry for operators.

Result

The system met the Army contract requirements and gave operators a stronger real-time view into mission performance. The final delivery combined high-performance computing, custom firmware, and purpose-built hardware into a robust architecture that could continue supporting related collaboration beyond the original scope.
